“ Wowowowowowowowowowwow! The service here is incredible and the food to match!!! We had the Thai Tom Yum and Sukiyaki soup bases—both were absolutely delicious and paired so well with the meats and vegetables. A huge thanks to Ally and Monique, who were so attentive and welcoming, especially since it was our first visit. They made sure we didn’t miss a thing, even letting us know about the dessert table tucked away on the other side of the restaurant. They even brought lens cleaner for my glasses (for splatter) - which I actually needed to use after that amazing meal. We were also celebrating my in-laws’ anniversary, and the staff and these women went above and beyond—bringing a sweet dessert for them at the end of the meal and even a small goodie bag. Every dish we tried was so delicious and flavorful. We left with full bellies and big smiles. Can’t recommend this place enough! ”

“ Haidilao is an excellent spot to warm up during the winter. The staff are exceptionally attentive, polite, and friendly, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. The variety of food options is impressive, and the soup broths are incredibly flavorful. While we walked in without a reservation and experienced a bit of a wait, it was understandable given the popularity of the restaurant. Convenient on-site parking and a comfortable dining atmosphere made the visit even better. Highly recommended—definitely a must-try! ”

They work super hard, and served us with all their effort at 3am for a bunch of college students that were looking for a dinner place. If you are the store owner, give then a RAISE!!! ”

The food is high quality, and the atmosphere is very comfortable for single diner or family gatherings. The staffs are well trained, especially Joy and Maggy, they’re amazing staffs . I love how helpful, and welcoming they are during our visit. Additionally, the environment is kept neat and clean. Got some cute gifts before we left. Highly recommended! ”

“ The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. The service from Cathy, while she did my nails for free, was an amazing job, super friendly, and professional. All staff went over and beyond to make sure they met your needs. The food was good, but it needed better combo options with 2 meats. I love that every table is a booth and gives you privacy for you and your family to eat. The sauces (soup base) were 1 of the best I have tried in Canada. They have so many things to entertain you while you eat and free items and services. The location is great since it is inside the mall. You have a lot of parking options they also have a separate entrance. They have a baby play area for children under 7years old ”
